How to Request Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time by contacting us via email:
Please include the following in your request:
- Your registered Facebook name
- Your in-game username (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving a valid request, we will permanently delete:
- Facebook login information (public profile ID, email)
- Game profile data
- Game progress and statistics
- Any linked account information stored in our system
Processing Time
All deletion requests are processed within 30 days
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed
Some backup data may remain in secure logs for up to 30 days for recovery & fraud prevention
Automatic Data Deletion (Inactive Accounts)
If a user does not request deletion but remains inactive for an extended period, we may also remove associated data after our internal retention policies.
